
Suzanne Pleshette was an American voice actor, actress, and film actor. She was born on January 31, 1937 to January 19th, 2008. Pleshette began her stage career, and appeared in films in the late 1950s. She then appeared in notable films like Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), or Spirited Away (192001). Later, she appeared in different television productions, and was frequently a guest actor. She was Emily Hartley in The Bob Newhart Show, 1972-1978 and received a number of Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was born on January 31 of 1937, in the New York City neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, to Geraldine (nee Kaplan)[1] and Eugene Pleshette. Her parents were Jewish and were the children of emigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary.Her mother was a dancer and artist who performed under the stage name Geraldine Rivers. Her father was a stage manager at the Paramount Theater in Manhattan and of the Paramount Theater in Brooklyn,
