Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn is an American TV and film actress. Thespian Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has worked professionally for the last 27 years. She first made an appearance on stage with an off Broadway production The Big Funk by John Patrick Shanley in 1990. In the following year she was offered her first TV role in The Perfect Tribute. In 1992, she got her first role as an actor supporting the character the movie Basic Instinct. It was her first major success in her career. In the film The Firm however that she was cast as the female lead for the first time and that too opposite actors like Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman. In the late 1990s, she collaborated with some top industry stars including Gwyneth Palow in Sliding Door Hugh Grant Mickey Blue Eyes Julie Andrews Relative Values. Most recently, she played her character as Dr. Alex Blake in Criminal Minds.

The reason she didn't win but in 2007, Aldila Junior Classic, which resulted in her being the second-youngest player to win this competition. She was the most youthful American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) player to earn the championship, in addition to being the winner of the Westfield Junior PGA Championship as the youngest player to do so at the time.
